Vickie Spurlock Obituary

Vickie Ann Spurlock, 65, of Adams, passed from this life on Thursday June 29, 2023, at her home. Her wishes were to be cremated and her ashes buried in the Bellwood Cemetery in Adams.

Vickie was born March 3, 1958, in Clarksville, to the late J.B. and Nancy Sue Herald Spurlock. She was a graduate of Jo Byrns High School Class of 1976 and went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 1980. Vickie was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a retired IT Specialist. She enjoyed cooking and working with computers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents: C.B. and Janie Spurlock, Jimmy and Margaret Herald.

Vickie is survived by her sister: Rhonda Mulcahy of Cedar Hill, by her brother: Michael Spurlock of Provincetown, Massachusetts, by her nephews: James Michael (Emily) Mulcahy of Cedar Hill, Matthew (Jaclyn) Mulcahy of Spring Hill, by her great niece: Kylie Ann Mulcahy, and by her great nephew: Brendan Mulcahy.
