Sue Watts Hutton, 75, of Springfield, passed from this life on Friday July 2, 2021, at Skyline Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday July 8th at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Jeff Benton officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Anthony Wilk, Justin Wilk, Zach Jackson, Chuck Browning, Kurt Nelson, and Kevin Nelson serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Sue was born November 28, 1945, in Springfield to the late Odell and Bertie Bell Blackburn Watts. She was a graduate of Greenbrier High School Class of 1963. Sue was a retired registration clerk with NorthCrest Medical Center, and she attended Flewellyn Baptist Church. Sue enjoyed traveling, watching westerns and reality TV shows, and going out to eat with her family and friends. Her family was her life, and she was always involved with whatever her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were doing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Frank Hutton. Sue is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Denise and Kurt Nelson of Clarksville, Dawn and Chuck Browning of Springfield, and by her 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
