Mrs. Casey was born January 19, 1946, in Springfield to the late Lawrence Coleman Prince and Mossie Lee Heatherly Prince. She was a member of Highland Chapel Baptist Church and retired from H.A.T.S. where she had worked for 45 years and was heavily involved in their effort and was a big supporter of Special Olympics. Probably the thing she enjoyed the most was playing with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Sue was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Cora Lee Arnold, Elizabeth Johnson, Dotsie Leftrick, and Wayne Prince. Surviving her are her husband of 64 years, Paul Casey of Springfield;  son, Paul James Casey II of Russellville, KY; daughters, Denise (Dannie) Phipps and Kim (Robert) McGarvey, all of Cedar Hill; grandchildren, Amberly Bilyeu, Jesse (Thalia) McGarvey, Katie McGarvey, Tabitha Jernigan, and Jason (Tawana) Jernigan; great grandchildren, Alayna Dale, Brandon Day, Carter Robles, Aiden Bilyeu, Charli Elmore, Sarah Jo Goodson, James Casey, Kayla Davis, and Krista Colson; and great-great grandchildren, Braxton McDole, Bentley McDole, Brayden Colson, and Emmett Colson.
