Steven Robert Calaway

Steven Robert Calaway, age 49 of Springfield, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Waters of Springfield. His remains are to be cremated and the family will have a visitation on Saturday from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at the Robertson County Funeral Home.

Steven was born August 29, 1973 in Aurora, IL. He was a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, and talking. His family said that he was very outgoing and loved telling jokes. He enjoyed being with the other residents at the Waters of Springfield and he also loved animals, especially horses.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Calaway. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Harding Calaway (Linus) Morgan of Springfield; sister, Tammy Calaway of Clarksville; nephew, Christopher (Kiley) Calaway; niece, Cierra (Brian) Burgess; great nephews, Liam and Haydon Calaway; great niece, Bristal Calaway; aunt, Misty Harding; and cousin, Joshua Harding.
