Obituary
Scott David “Scotty” Starr, Jr., 40, of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday February 19, 2023, at Tennova Hospital in Clarksville. His remains were cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held by his family at a future date.
Scotty was born July 20, 1982, in Orlando, FL, to the late Scott David Starr, Sr., and the late Wanda Gayle West Starr. He worked as an Inner City Guidance Counselor and was of the Jewish faith. Scotty is survived by his daughters: Sariah and Laura Starr both of Clarksville, by his stepsons: Bryson and Brian both of Clarksville, by his companion: Shavon Horn of Clarksville, by his sisters: Amanda Starr of Russellville, KY, Kimberly Renee Rice of Adairville, KY, and Tammy Elmore of Burns, TN, by his brother: Kevin DeSheles of Bowling Green, KY and by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Robertson County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
