Ruby Ann (Heard) Worrell

Ruby Ann Heard Worrell, 85, of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Monday October 30, 2023, at Skyline Medical Center. There will be a time of visitation with the family on Saturday November 4th from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. at the Robertson County Funeral Home.

Mrs. Worrell was born April 2, 1938, in New Johnsonville, to the late Elmer and Ola Spencer Heard. She was a retired secretary with Service America and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Worrell enjoyed crocheting and word search puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Charles Michael “Mike” Green, and by her siblings: Gladys Himes, Lula Eden, O’Neal Heard, Christine Sherrod, Ethel Clement, and Julie Malady.

Mrs. Worrell is survived by her husband of 50 years: Gerald Wayne Worrell of Greenbrier, by her grandson: Joshua “Josh” Green of Greenbrier, and by her sisters: Josephine Smith and Nan Eddleman.
