Roy Clinard Obituary

Roy Benton Clinard, 81, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday February 11, 2020 at his home. A private family burial will be held in the Bellwood Cemetery in Adams. Mr. Clinard was born September 4, 1938 in Robertson County to the late Ervin and Lena Rainwater Clinard. He worked as a machine operator at Goddard & Goddard for many years and was a member of Red River Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Pearline Beard, Rachel Brooksher, Frances Head, Marjorie Wilson, Louise Beard, J.W. Clinard, James Earl Clinard, Thomas Clinard, and Richard Clinard. Mr. Clinard is survived by his children: Ricky and Sharon Clinard both of Springfield, by his sister and brother-in-law: Christine and Bill Shepard of Adams, and by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
