On Wednesday, February 17, 2021, Rickey Ward, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 65 after a long battle. His remains will be cremated, and no services are scheduled at this time.
Rickey was born May 12, 1955 in Little Rock, AR to James Earnest Ward and Shirley Whitney. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired electrician and maintenance man. Rickey enjoyed the outdoors where he spent most of his free time sitting around a bonfire, playing horseshoes, fishing, or relaxing in the pool.
On November 13, 1981, he married his wife, Pamela Sue Grayson Ward. They enjoyed 39 years together and raised three children, a son: Rickey Lee Ward, Jr, a daughter: Amber Nicole Walker Ward, and a stepdaughter: Brandy Michelle Waterman Walton. Rickey is also survived by his son: Brandon Lee Ward and by 4 grandchildren.
