William Paul Stuard, age 91, of Adams, TN, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Rev. Tyler Estep officiating. Burial will follow in Bellwood Cemetery with Richie Stuard, Ronnie Stuard, Michael Stuard, Bobby Cordeiro, Phillip Stuard, and Kenneth Stuard serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Stuard, Bobby Stuard, Jimmy Stuard, and Chris Stuard.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 8, from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
Mr. Stuard was born April 21, 1935, in Adams, Tennessee, to the late James Wesley Stuard, Sr. and Mattie Miles Dark Stuard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elnor Justine Stuard; his son, Bart Stuard; and three brothers.
Paul was retired from both Trane and farming. He was a member of Red River Baptist Church, a former president of the Adams Men's Club, and an original organizer of the Tennessee/Kentucky Threshermen's Show.
He is survived by his sons, Pat (Patsy) Stuard, Jeff Stuard, and Wesley Stuard (fiancée, Shannon Holt); his granddaughter, Monika Stuard (Bobby Cordeiro); and granddaughters, Hannah Stuard, Zoe Holt, and Faith Holt.
