Pamela (Floyd) Best

Mary Pamela “Pam” Best, age 50 of Springfield, passed from this life on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Pastor David Price officiating. Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Austin Jones, Cody Jones, Archie Harville, Ron VanderHengst, Jimmy Binkley, and Kyle Shultz serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 4 until 8 PM and Tuesday from 11 AM until the hour of service.

Pam was born October 17, 1973 in Nashville. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church where she was very active, especially with the ladies group. She was co-owner with her husband of Best Transport and was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, her cats, and do it yourself projects at her home.

Surviving her are her husband, Tim Best of Springfield; son, Garrett Best of Springfield; parents, Charles and Rose Mary Floyd of Ashland City; sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Wally Jones of Springfield; niece, Sierra Jones of Springfield; and nephews, Austin Jones and Cody Jones, both of Springfield.

Robertson County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
