Nancy Sue (Taylor) Lee

Nancy Sue Taylor Lee, age 82 of Springfield, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at The Waters of Robertson. Private graveside services will be conducted Saturday, November 14, 2020 in Mt. Sharon Cemetery with Bro. David Price officiating with family and friends serving as pallbearers. There will be no visitation.

Mrs. Lee was born February 2, 1938 in Robertson County to the late Bernice Frey and Viola Elizabeth Woodard Taylor. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church and worked for many years at the Acme Boot Factory. She was a talented seamstress and sewed for many people.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Billy M. Lee; sister, Joyce Sherrod; brothers, Harold Taylor and Gary Taylor; and son-in-law, Anthony Milam.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Doye and Ritchie Worrell of Springfield and Vivian Milam of Springfield; sisters, Elsie Moore, Sylvia Bybee, Brenda Hutton, and Dorothy Freeman, all of Springfield; grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda) Milam and Tiffany (Sydney) Murray; and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank The Waters of Robertson for taking such loving and thoughtful care of Nancy this past year. Also thank you to her church family for her cards, visits, and prayers.
