Myles Owens, Jr., 52, of Springfield, passed away on Friday May 22, 2020 at Centennial Medical Center. A private family visitation and Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday June 2nd at the Robertson County Funeral Home.

Myles was born January 4, 1968 in Nashville to the late Myles “M.B.” and Lorine Guthrie Owens. He worked for Metro Government in Sanitation and Recycling. Myles was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. He loved spending time with all of his family, especially with his three brothers/best friends since Junior High School.

Myles is survived by his wife: Teresa Parrish Owens of Springfield, by his children: Shelby Owens of Springfield, Nikki Binzen of Greenbrier, and Shawn Owens of Springfield, by his sister: Regina Owens Scherer of Washington State, by his in-laws: Leroy and Faye Parrish of Springfield, and by his brothers/best friends since Junior High School: Jimmy Howell, Ron Mabry, and Chris Ray.
