Mickey Mason

James Michael “Mickey” Mason, 75, of Greenbrier, passed away on Saturday June 20, 2026, at his home. His remains will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.

Mickey was born September 9, 1950, in Springfield, to the late Willis M. and Ida Helen Ellis Mason. He was a graduate of Springfield High School and was retired from the maintenance department of Zachary Industries. Mickey loved fishing, camping, and watching soccer and football, especially the Tennessee Titans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Michael Aaron Mason, and by his step grandchild: Dakota Morris.

Mickey is survived by his wife of 57 years, Deborah “Debbie” Mason of Greenbrier, by his daughter: Tiffany (Jeremy) Bradley of Greenbrier, by his daughter-in-law: Lynda Mason of Greenbrier, by his grandchildren: Thomas Michael Wilson and Payton Nicole Wilson, by his step grandchildren: Zachary Morris and Harley Morris, by his brothers: Ronald (Peggy) Mason of Springfield and Paul (Marie) Mason of Springfield, and by his sister: Freida (Doug) Couts of Greenbrier.

Services have been entrusted to Robertson County Funeral Home.
