Matthew Lynden Morris

Matthew Lynden Morris, age 20 of Springfield, died Sunday January 26, 2020 in White House. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 30th at 1:00 PM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service.

Matthew was born May 28, 1999 in Robertson County. He loved all kinds of sports, especially the University of Kentucky. He also was a lover of automobiles. Matthew cared for all his family and friends and he was very much a people person. He was preceded in death by his father, William Michael Morris, and by his grandparents: Mary Lynn Wilson Jones and John Berry.

He is survived by his mother, Serena Morris of Springfield; by his grandparents, David B. and Patty Suiter of Clarksville and Billy Q. Morris of Springfield; by his aunt, Rhonda Norrid of Hopkinsville, KY, by his cousin: Dana Hardison of Hopkinsville, KY, and by his Golden Retriever: Sammy
