Mary Ellen (Jackson) Stout

Mary Ellen Jackson Stout, age 68, of Adairville Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Kentucky. A funeral Service will be held at Robertson County Funeral Home Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Tracy Hagerman officiating. The family will receive, friends Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Adairville, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Christopher Shawn Jackson, Trinity James Stout, Nolan Wayne Stout, Joshua Jaylynn Stout James Donald Bush and Kyle Leckbee.

She was born in Springfield, Tennessee on February 3, 1954 to the late Bill Jackson and Susan Wilmoth Norman Jackson. She was also preceded in death by 3 sisters; Peggy Sue Jackson, Martha Jane Jackson, and Joyce Ann Jackson Anderson and by 3 brothers; Thomas E. (Buddy) Jackson, Billy Joe Jackson, and Jessie Earl Jackson.

She loved all of her family and her little dog, Cole. And of course; we can't forget her chickens and rooster. She loved all her friends and most of all her Lord. She also loved lighted Angels and Churches and flowers. She worked at Hinkle Chair Company, Robertson County Schools, at a restaurant as a waitress, and at a nursing home. She was a stay-at-home Mother as well. Honestly, she was just an amazing spit fire of a woman!

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Randall (Skeeter) Stout; sons; Christopher Shawn Jackson, Trinity James Stout (Tiffany), Nolan Wayne Stout and Joshua Jaylynn Stout; grandchildren; Taylor Blackwell, Shelby Parrish, Gracie Stout, and Adrianna Stout; great grandson Jameson Parrish; sister; Charlotte Jackson Cobb, and numerous nieces and nephews.
