Lynne (Ellis) Norrod

Sharon Lynne Ellis Norrod, 54, of Springfield, passed from this life on Saturday August 28, 2021, at NorthCrest Health. Celebration of life services will be conducted Thursday September 2nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Lynne was born December 29, 1966, in Springfield to Robert Bell Ellis and the late Carolyn Lyons Ellis. She was a graduate of Springfield High School Class of 1985, was a private caregiver, and was a member of Head’s Free Will Baptist Church. Lynne loved watching sports, reading, traveling to Myrtle Beach and Gatlinburg with her family, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Lynne is survived by her children: Kaleigha Arnold of Springfield, Jackie Leckbee of Springfield, and Nikolas (Jena) Norrod of Portland, by her fiancé: Donnie Cooper of Cedar Hill, by her father: Robert Bell Ellis of Springfield, by her siblings: Rob (Marla) Ellis of Springfield, Jean Johnson of Springfield, Becky (Timmy) Walker of Cedar Hill, and Jennifer (William) Spain of Cedar Hill, and by her grandchildren that she adored so much: Kason, Ezabellah, Rylan, Aleryck, Rickey, Lylah, Maire, and J.C.
