Lorena Mae York Kritsch, 82, of Springfield, passed from this life on Monday March 18, 2024, at The Waters of Cheatham. A private family committal service will be held in the Springfield Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Tim Harris officiating. There will be no public visitation.

Mrs. Kritsch was born March 5, 1942, in Newark, OH, to the late Clarence Walker and Bessie Lorena Hightshoe York. She was a graduate of Nossi College of Art & Design and was a homemaker. Mrs. Kritsch enjoyed painting, drawing, bowling, and loved to read her Bible every day.

Mrs. Kritsch is survived by her son: Jay Kritsch of White House, by her daughter: Leah Kritsch of Springfield, by her grandchildren: Olivia Kritsch and Adam (Lilly) Kritsch, by her great grandchildren: Jayden, Jaxden, and Avery, and by her brothers: David Walker York of Prescott Valley, AZ, Thomas Francis York and Wesley Aaron York both of Indiana.

Robertson County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
