She was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ, a graduate of Greenbrier High School Class of 1989, and worked at H.A.T.S. of Springfield for 33 years. Lisa experienced unbridled happiness, laughing, and enjoying time with family and friends. She was very social and enjoyed visiting with people and eating out. In addition to her father who cared for her for 55 years, she is survived and loved by her sister, Donna Domen of Franklin, TN; nephew, Grant Domen of Washington, D.C.; niece, Abigail Domen of Franklin, TN; brother-in-law, Vic Domen of Washington, D.C.; personal assistant Connie (Bo) Rippie of Springfield; the one she loved as a brother, Allen (Tammy) Roach of Gallatin; uncles, Tom (Jean) Richards of Adairville, KY, Jesse (Brenda) Richards of Franklin, KY, Lewis Richards of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Jerry (Linda) Richards of Macon, GA; aunts, Linda Richards (Steve) Dorris of Franklin, KY, Judy Kay Richards (James) Jackson of Springfield, TN, and Melissa Wheely (Jeff) Howell of Adairville, KY; and many, many cousins.
May we strive to follow Lisa’s example of resilience, kindness, and bravery as we mourn her loss and ensure others like her in our communities experience the same kind of inclusive love no matter how long or short their lives are.
