Lattie Sue (Reeder) Covington

Lattie Sue Reeder Covington, 79, of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Friday December 17, 2021, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday December 19th at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Jason Wilkerson officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Mark, Cory, Austin, Chance, Travis, and Jackson Covington serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Covington was born October 23, 1942, in Springfield to the late Joe and Ruth Williams Reeder. She was a retired assembly technician with AVCO, was a member of Greenbrier United Methodist Church, and was a member of Eastern Star Greenbrier Lodge 735. Mrs. Covington loved watching TV, reading, playing cards with her friends, and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Roy G. Covington, by her sons: Roy Mac and Michael Sherman Covington, and by her granddaughter: Abigail Covington.

Mrs. Covington is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Mark E. and Lana Covington of Cross Plains, Melvin Cory and Amanda Covington of Greenbrier, and Teresa Covington of Greenbrier, by her grandchildren: Shalee Hallum, Roy Travis Covington, Cayce Covington, Austin Covington, Jackson Covington, Chance Covington, Lattie Beth Covington, Aaron Romines, and Roger Romines, and by her 7 great grandchildren.
