Larry Douglas Norfleet, 77, of White House, passed away on Tuesday March 15, 2022, at Skyline Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday March 19th at 10:00 a.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Bro. Jon Briggs officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Bill Norfleet, Tommy Norfleet, Zack Norfleet, Melvin Norfleet, Keith Read, and Emery Herrmann serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Larry was born August 30, 1944, in Nashville to the late Garner Earl and Mattie Louise Broadbent Norfleet, Sr. He was a retired forklift operator and had a great love for hot rod cars, especially mustangs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Kathryn W. Norfleet, son: Lee Norfleet, and by his siblings: Garner Norfleet, Jr., Bobby Norfleet, Ronnie Norfleet, and Dimple Norfleet Cantrell.
Larry is survived by his wife: Kay Norfleet of White House, by his daughter: Tina (Michael) Baker of Erin, stepchildren: Bruce (Susan) Johnson of Winchester, Donna (Sammy) Crabtree of Springfield, Vicky Dickey of New Mexico, by his brother: Melvin (Pat) Norfleet of Cross Plains, and by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
