Kenneth Lee Reynolds, 67, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center. Memorial services will be conducted Friday June 5th at 3:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Monty Stewart, Buddy Duffer, Randy Holland, Ricky Balthrop, Michael Cobb and Clyde Dean. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Everyone is asked to respect the CDC guidelines of social distancing.
Mr. Reynolds was born October 16, 1952 in Springfield to the late James Edward and Louise Priest Reynolds. He was a graduate of Springfield High School Class of 1971. He worked in automotive repair. Kenneth and his father established an auto repair business in Springfield until his father’s retirement. He married Angela Cook on August 17, 1973 and together they raised their family. Kenneth enjoyed spending time with his friends, fishing, barbequing and playing pool. After retirement, he enjoyed cruising the back country roads with friends enjoying the sites and nature.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Connie Reynolds Kloeckener. Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife Angela Cook Reynolds of Greenbrier and his son Nicholas of Springfield, his brother Jamie Reynolds of Springfield, and his sister Mary Reynolds of Paris, TN.
