Kathleen (Armstrong) Flatt

Naomi Kathleen Flatt, 87, of Springfield, passed from this life on Friday October 13, 2023, at NHC Healthcare Center in Springfield. A private family entombment service will be conducted in the Joelton Hills Memory Gardens Mausoleum.

Mrs. Flatt was born October 8, 1936, in Indian Mound, TN, to the late Leonard H. and Margie Craig Armstrong. She was a retired assembly technician from Acme Boot and was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Mrs. Flatt enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Richard Dean Flatt, and by her siblings: Nathan Armstrong, Thelma Wray, Sylvia Littlejohn, and Annie Goodwin.

Mrs. Flatt is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Deborah and Tommy Wayne Hunter of Springfield, by her sister: Hazel Jones of Nashville, by her grandchildren: Tommy Ray Hunter and Lesley Wayne Hunter, and by 5 great grandchildren.
