Janet Sue (Blakeman) Baldwin

Janet Sue Baldwin, age 82, of Springfield, passed away on January 16, 2025, at her home. Her wishes are to be cremated, and her family will have a private burial service at a later date.

Mrs. Baldwin was born on May 12, 1942, in Lynwood, CA, to the late Twiford Dale Blakeman, Sr. and Emma Jayne Barber Blakeman. She was a homemaker who loved cooking and playing cards with her family. She was also talented in crocheting and sewing. She was a woman of great faith and loved her family dearly.

Mrs. Baldwin is preceded in death by her husband; Johnny M. Baldwin, and by her brother; Twiford Dale Blakeman, Jr. She is survived by her daughters; Debra Grant of Springfield, TN, Laura (Curtis) Lee of Macon, GA, Wyvonne Garnica of Gainesboro, TN, Sarah (Jason) Bassett of Naples, FL, and Rebecca (Wes) Steele of Springfield, TN, by her son; Johnny D. "JD" Baldwin of Gainesboro, TN, by her sister; Diane Kathleen Blakeman of Springfield, and by twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
