James Brian "Jamie" B Darrow

James “Jamie” Brian Darrow, age 41 of Springfield, TN died Thursday January 9, 2020 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday January 14, 2020 in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Pastor Frankie Gagliano officiating. Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Paul Darrow, Chris Walden, Timmy Groves and Ashley Eden serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 am till service time of 2 pm.

Jamie was born July 19, 1978 in Robertson Co., TN to the Willie A. Darrow Jr of Springfield and the late Barbara Grant Walden. In addition to his mother he was also preceded in death by his brother, Willie Alfred “Allen” Darrow III, grandfather, Willie Alfred Darrow Sr., and grandparents, Calvin and Shirley Grant.  He was disabled due to seizures he struggled with from a childhood accident. His father said he loved to draw, doodle and piddle. 

Surviving him are his father and stepmother, Willie A. Darrow Jr and Judy of Springfield; brothers, Paul Elvis (Amy) Darrow of Greenbrier, Chris (Ashley) Walden of Greenbrier, TN; sisters, Amber Nicole (Brian) Baker of Auburn, KY, Carolyn Denise Darrow of Whites Creek, TN, Julianna Marie Darrow, Kimberly Nicole Darrow, Crystal Lynn Pulley all of Springfield, Annette Myer of California, Lacy Raymer Barren Plains, TN and Natalie Walden of Greenbrier; uncles, David Darrow, Steve (Darlene) Darrow and Phillip Darrow all of Springfield, Jeff Grant of Westmoreland, TN, Calvin Grant Jr. of Nashville; aunt, Loretta Lynn Grant of Barren Plains; grandmother, Betty Margaret Darrow of Springfield; great aunts and uncle, Carol and Gene Darrow of Madisonville, KY and Sue Kellum of NY.
