Jake Bradley Russell, 34, of Springfield, passed away on Monday January 13, 2020 at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Memorial services will be conducted Monday January 20th at 12 noon in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Steve Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Jake was born February 1, 1985 in Nashville. He was a Mechanical Engineer for WG Yates Construction and was of the Baptist faith. Jake loved hunting, fishing, watching sports, especially baseball, riding his Harley, being outdoors. He loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Billy Russell, Geneva Russell, Joe Fiser, and Dot Fiser, and by his step grandmother: Mildred Russell.
Jake is survived by his parents: Brad and Mary Jane Fiser Russell of Springfield, by his brother and sister-in-law: Clint and Julie Russell of Adams, by his sister and brother-in-law: Jessie and Rob Jones of Greenbrier, by his nieces: Morgan and Anna Ruth Russell of Adams, by his nephew: Sawyer Jones of Greenbrier, and by his step grandmother: Carolyn Fiser of Springfield.
