Ivan Villa Contreras, 27, of Guthrie, KY, passed away on Tuesday April 29, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday May 6th at 6:00 p.m. at the South Haven Baptist Hispanic Church in Springfield with Pastor Fernando Patino officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Puebla, Mexico. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until service time at the South Haven Baptist Hispanic Church in Springfield.

Ivan was born August 30, 1997, in Puebla, Mexico. He worked in construction and was a member of South Haven Baptist Hispanic Church. Ivan is survived by his wife: Elizabeth Gonzalez Aviles, his sons: Ivan Said Villa Gonzalez and Eliam Lucas Villa Gonzalez, by his father: Odilon Villa Sanchez, by his mother: Maria Del Carmen Contreras Vazquez, by his brother: Eduardo Villa Contreras, and by his cousins: Omar (Cindy Mendoza) Vazquez, Octavio Vazquez, and Daniel Lopez.

Los servicios fúnebres se llevarán a cabo el martes 6 de mayo a las 6:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Bautista Hispana South Haven en Springfield con el pastor Fernando Patiño oficiar. El entierro será en una fecha posterior en Puebla, México. La familia recibirá a los amigos el martes desde las 4:00 p.m. hasta la hora del servicio en la Iglesia Bautista Hispana de South Haven en Springfield.
