Eddie Mac White Sr.

Eddie Mac White Sr, age 67 of Cross Plains, TN died Monday October 14, 2019 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday October 16, 2019 in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Mike Woodard officiating. Burial will follow in Cross Plains Cemetery with Delvin Hester, Frankie Wells, Harold Pearson, Glenn Jackson, Dale Jackson, Randy Searcy, Mike Woodard, David Mason, Mark Mason and Vince Starks serving as pallbearers. Jennifer Miller, Dean Searcy, Larry Searcy, Eric Searcy, Daniel Pearson, Caleb Starks and nieces and nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 am until 2 pm.

Eddie Mac was born August 9, 1952 in Robertson Co, TN to the late Edward C. and Mallon Murphey White. His brother and sister-in-law, Emerson and Mary Alice Mason White and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Henry and Mary Hall also preceded him in death. He was a member of Owens Chapel UMC but attended Cross Plains UMC. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and was a member of the French Lick Rifle Club.

Surviving Eddie Mac are his wife, Cheryle Jackson White of Cross Plains; sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and April White of Cross Plains and Mack and Suzanne White of Owensboro, KY; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Lanell White of Springfield; grandchildren, Drew, Tyler, Aiden, Celeigh and Silas White; mother-in-law, Mildred Jackson; brothers-in-law, Glenn Jackson, Dale Jackson, Randy Searcy; Sisters-in-law, Theressa Searcy, Edith “Sister” Claborn and a host of nieces and nephews.

 If so desired, the family request that memorial contributions may be made to either the Cross Plains UMC or St. Jude. All donations may be made in care of the Robertson County Funeral Home
