Doris Jean West Butrum, 83, of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Friday April 17, 2020 at The Waters of Robertson. A private family graveside service will be conducted on Monday April 20th in the Springfield Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jon Briggs officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeffery Butrum, Bruce Jackson, Adam Henson, Jordan Henson, Ravi Butrum, and Dontavius Butrum. There will be no public visitation prior to the graveside service.
Mrs. Butrum was born December 7, 1936 in Springfield to the late Homer and Myra Briggs West. She was a retired cashier from Springfield Kroger and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Butrum enjoyed crafting, going to yard sales, playing bingo, and going to the Long Hollow Jamboree. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters: Marcia Brown and Donna Butrum.
Mrs. Butrum is survived by her son: Ray Butrum of Springfield, by her daughters and sons-in-law: Patricia and Larry Jackson of Greenbrier, Debbie and Mark Lewis of Goodlettsville, Stephanie and Troy Henson of Greenbrier, by her brother and sister-in-law: Paul “P.R.” and Tammy West of Adams, by her sisters and brothers-in-law: Carolyn and Billy Wood of Springfield, Mary and Tony Keith of Springfield, by her special friend: Howard Eidson of Greenbrier, by her 13 grandchildren, and by several great and great great grandchildren
