Debbie Mott Brickles, age 68 of Orlinda, passed from this life on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at St. Thomas Mid-Town Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Bro. Terry McCormick officiating. Burial will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with Curt Mott, Jr., Bob Stovall, Bryson Brickles, Jack Brickles, Todd Patterson, and Clint Brickles serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Price Patterson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4 until 8 PM and Tuesday from 12 noon until the hour of service.
Debbie was born July 27, 1953 in Springfield to the late Robert Floyd and Pauline Jones Mott. She was a member of Orlinda Church of Christ and was retired from Tennessee Bankers Association where she was a Senior Vice President over Education. She was a member of the East Robertson High School graduation class of 1971. She loved the church, the beach, and her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mac Mott.
Mrs. Brickles is survived by her husband, Alfred Brickles of Orlinda; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Cara Brickles of Goodlettsville; daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Todd Patterson of Orlinda; brother and sister-in-law Curt and Nancy Mott, Sr. of Orlinda; sister Bobbie Daniels of Cross Plains; and grandchildren, Bryson, Olivia, Ellie, Sadie, and Jack Brickles and Kamry and Price Patterson.
