Darrell Glen Hankins

Darrell Glen Hankins, age 56 of Springfield, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. Memorial services will be conducted Friday, September 17, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Christ Community Church with Bro. Curtis Hester officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Friday from 3 PM until the hour of service.

Darrell was born September 3, 1965 in Russellville, KY to the late Robert Lee and Odie Gaines Delk Hankins. He was a member of Christ Community Church and had worked at Electrolux for many years. He enjoyed watching football, especially the New York Giants and enjoyed softball. He loved going to the Smokey Mountains and enjoyed driving. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lewis Hankins.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Hankins of Springfield and his sister, Marilyn Hankins of Springfield.
