Dale Reynolds

Lloyd Dale Reynolds, 72, of Springfield, passed away on Saturday July 12, 2025, at his home. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday July 16th at 10:00 a.m. in the Hopewell Cemetery with Pastor Frank Kirby officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.

Dale was born April 27, 1953, in Springfield, to the late Horace Edward and Margie Jennings Reynolds. He was a retired bulk truck driver with Hollingsworth Oil Company and was of the Missionary Baptist faith. Dale also repaired and sold lawn mowers. He loved fishing and going to the mountains.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Paula Douglas Reynolds, and by his siblings: Johnny, Buna, and Joyce. Dale is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
