Brenda (Shelton) Creasy

Brenda Sue Shelton Creasy, 77, of Springfield, passed from this life on Thursday January 27, 2022, at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. Her remains were cremated and will be spread on a warm sunny day at the farm where she grew up. There will be a time of visitation with the family on Thursday February 10th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Robertson County Funeral Home.

Brenda was born June 1, 1944, in Springfield, TN. She graduated from Springfield High School and was retired from the former Flowers by Sandra in Greenbrier. Our mom was an animal lover and would take any furry animal given to her. She was preceded in death by her parents: Martin Crockett and Hattie Pauline Roberts Shelton and by her son: Jeffery Mark Creasy.

Brenda is survived by her son: Scott Creasy of Springfield, by her daughters: Darla Gaines of Hendersonville and Lori Creasy of Nashville, by her grandchildren: Jordan (Allysa) Gaines of Humble, TX and Kara Gaines of Hendersonville, by her great grandchildren: Hadley Brannon and Everett Gaines, by her brother and sister-in-law: Joe and Martha Sue Shelton of Greenbrier, by her longtime companion: Wendell Choate, by her best friend: Sandra Harris Long, and by her dogs: Charlie and Lucy. Brenda will be missed by many.
