Bobby Wayne was born June 11, 1965, in Springfield. He was a graduate of Jo Byrns High School Class of 1984, was a tow motor operator for Bridgestone Metalpha USA, and was of the Baptist faith. More than anything, he loved his family and friends, especially his wife, his daughter, and his grandchildren. His father: John W. Richards, his mother: Agnes Marie Woodard Richards, and his sister: Joyce Hallman all preceded him in death.
Bobby Wayne is survived by his high school sweetheart and his wife of 40 years, Betty Lambert Richards of Cedar Hill, by his daughter and son-in-law: Casey and Lenny Lyman of Cedar Hill, by his grandchildren: Dylan (Haley Tayse) Lyman, McKaylee “Sissy” Lyman, John Morris Lyman, Hailee (Caleb Clinard) Logan, and Lenny Lyman, Jr., by his brothers: John Edward “Eddie” (Donna) Hobgood of Adams, and Charles David (Lisa) Richards of Cedar Hill, by his sister: Faye (Ernie) Head of Cedar Hill, by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, and by his beloved dog: Tugg.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and may be sent c/o the Robertson County Funeral Home
