Betty Ann Wright Davis, 90, of Roswell, GA, and formerly of Springfield, passed from this life on Monday June 7, 2021, at the home of her daughter in Roswell. Funeral services will be conducted Friday June 11th at 2:00 p.m. at the South Haven Baptist Church with Dr. Frank Gagliano officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Nall Hensley, Orville Gilley, Kirk Johnson, Paul Stewart, Ryan Seger, and Ben Davis serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12 noon until service time at the church.
Mrs. Davis was born August 27, 1930, in Bancroft, WV to the late Clyde William and Neva Tucker Wright. She and her husband were missionaries from 1961 until their retirement with Biblical Ministries Worldwide. She was a member of South Haven Baptist Church. Mrs. Davis was a virtuous woman that loved her Lord, her family, and her church. She dedicated and lived her life to sharing her testimony and the love of God with those she that crossed her path. Mrs. Davis was a fun-loving mother and grandmother, that loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Franklin C. Davis, and by her son: Randy Franklin Davis.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her children: David Gennings Davis and wife Jessica of West Virginia, Jonathan Allen Davis and wife Bridgett of Franklin, KY, and Pamela Joan Seger and husband Paul of Roswell, Ga, and by her 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
