Albert Alden Fentress

Albert Alden Fentress, age 81 of Greenbrier, Tennessee passed from this life on April 21, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Monday April 28, 2025, in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. A private graveside service will follow in Mt. Sharon Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday at the Robertson County Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at 1 pm.

Mr. Fentress was born in Greenbrier on December 21, 1943, to the late Albert C. Fentress and Mildred Dunn Fentress. His wife, Susan Groth Fentress also preceded him in death. He attended Hillcrest Church of Christ, was retired from Ford Glass and served in the Tennessee National Guard..Mr. Fentress found great joy and satisfaction in taking care of his home and property.

Surviving him are his son and daughter-in-law, Dave M. and Heather Fentress, his daughter, Emily Fentress, his grandchildren, Molly and Caroline Fentress, his brother Irving Fentress and his sister Janice Surti.

If so desired the family request that memorial contributions may be made in Alberts memory to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital. All donations may be sent in care of Robertson County Funeral Home.
