Addison Little

Samuel Addison Little, 17, of Cedar Hill, went to be with Jesus on Sunday February 9, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Friday February 14th at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. Eric Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Bellwood Cemetery in Adams with Mitch Lancaster, Troy Rust, Justin Little, Mike Williams, Jeff Crawford, and Bob Stroud serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Sam Nmaitsi, Carney Elliott, Lee Green, and Ron Masters. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Addison was born October 7, 2002 in Springfield. He attended Cedar Hill Baptist Church with his family. Addison was loved by many people. His spirit was always an automatic draw to him by others. Addison’s laugh caused others to laugh, and his grin could wipe away anyone’s problems when they experienced it.

Addison was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gilbert and Myra Rust. He is survived by his parents: Adam and Carmen Rust Little of Cedar Hill, by his brothers: Jonathan and Drew Little of Cedar Hill, by his sisters: Olivia, Delaney, and McKenna Little all of Cedar Hill, by his grandparents: Jimmy and Glenda Little of Springfield, by his aunts and uncles: Mitch and Dayna Lancaster, Troy and Amy Rust, Justin and Sara Little, by his teacher and dear friend: Deanna Crawford, and by other aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
