She is survived by her children: Colton and Mariah, her mother: Cindy Hall, her father: Randy Hall, her grandmother: Shirley Miskell, her brother: Dalton, and her sisters: Lisa Marie, Brooklyn, and Elexis.
Chelsea's life was cut short at 20 years old. She was a sweet and beautiful mother, daughter, granddaughter, and sister. She is loved and will be missed
