Allison Yvonne Whitaker, 55, of Springfield, died Monday February 12, 2018 at her home. Her remains were cremated and no services are scheduled at this time. Mrs. Whitaker was born February 23, 1962 in Fairmont, WV. She was a homemaker. She loved sewing, making jewelry, painting, and being with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Whitaker was preceded in death by her mother: Rebecca Urynowicz Reger, and by her siblings: Wendy Reger and Bob Reger. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Bryan and Ashley Whitaker of Princeton, KY, Mark and Rebekah Whitaker of Portland, her father and step-mother: Robert and Marian Reger of West Virginia, her step-children: Laura Tidwell of Gallatin, Wayne Whitaker of Franklin, KY, and April Stone of Winchester, her siblings: Bobby, Brad, Billy, and Lori Reger all of West Virginia, her fiance: Allen Bryant of Springfield, and by eight grandchildren
