Linda Traughber Obituary

Linda Faye Traughber, 73, of Springfield, passed away on Saturday March 16, 2019 at Skyline Medical Center. Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday March 20th at 5:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Traughber was born April 5, 1945 in Springfield. She worked many years as a CNA at Elmhurst Nursing Home in Springfield. Mrs. Traughber was of the Baptist faith. She was always a hard worker and lived her life for all her grandbabies. She enjoyed reading and could draw anything that she wished to draw. Mrs. Traughber was preceded in death by her father: Ernest Elliott, her mother: Lizzie Slayton Bugg, and by her siblings: Danny Ray Elliott, Joe Elliott, William Bugg, and Pee Wee Bugg. She is survived by her sons: David Traughber of Joelton, Steven Traughber of Springfield, her daughter and son-in-law: Mary and Steven Faenza of Adairville, KY, her brother: David Wayne Bugg of Portland, her sisters: Annie Traughber and Diane Bugg both of Springfield, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren
