Renee Redfern

Dovie Renee Redfern, age 58 of Orlinda, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center. Her remains are to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.

Renee was born May 28, 1965 in Springfield. She worked as a caregiver in Home Health. She enjoyed family time and taking care of others, looking after their needs and especially cooking for them. In her spare time she enjoyed going fishing. She was preceded in death by her father, Marshall Redfern; a son, Eric Redfern; and a brother, James Redfern.

Surviving her are her son, Bryant (Hailey) Hassell of Springfield; daughter, Christa Hassell of Springfield; mother, Patsy Pulley (Darrell) Anderson of Cottontown; grandchildren, Kadyn Redfern, Nevaeh Hassell, Jace Redfern, Easton Redfern, Kingston Redfern, Ella Redfern, Keshawn Holman, and Ayana Holman; brother, Dewayne Redfern of Orlinda; sisters, Rita Redfern (Sammy Barry) of Cross Plains, Rhonda (Tommy) Collins of Cross Plains, and Robin Redfern of Springfield; and step mother, Joanne Redfern of Portland.

Robertson County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
