Jackie Thomas McCord, age 76, of Adairville, KY, passed from this life on Monday January 22, 2024, at her home. Her remains will be cremated and private family services will be held.

Jackie was born December 8, 1947, in Virginia, to the late Harvey and Mabel Smith Howell. She attended Springfield High School, was a homemaker, and was of the Baptist faith. Jackie loved working jigsaw puzzles, playing games on her tablet, cooking, and working in her flowers. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Eddie Dean McCord.

Jackie is survived by her children: Leigh Anne McCord of Adairville, KY, Teresa (Shelley Frith) Whitaker of Russellville, KY, Kelley (Larry Lane) Simmons of Franklin, KY, and Jason “Bubba” McCord of Adairville, KY, by her sister: Scottie Hargrove of Nolensville, TN, by her grandchildren: Samantha Whitaker, Shawn Spivey, and Paris (Josh) Johns, and by her bonus grandchildren: Noah and Mason Lane.

Robertson County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
