Thomas Garry McMunn

Thomas Garry McMunn, age 73 of Cedar Hill, died Saturday, February 28, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Henry Hoover officiating. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 until 8 PM and Wednesday from 11 AM until the hour of service.

Mr. McMunn was born December 4, 1941 in Titusville, PA to the late Daniel Laird and Bertha Elizabeth Jackson McMunn. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from construction work. In addition to his parents, Mr. McMunn was preceded in death by his sisters: Cathy McMunn Hayden and Jane Bierce Stokes.

He is survived by his wife, Linda McMunn of Cedar Hill; sons, Thomas McMunn and wife Amanda of Titusville, PA and Garry McMunn and wife Lisa of Cedar Hill; daughters, Tammy Hosford and husband Bob of Cedar Hill, Rebecca McMunn of Coco Beach, FL, and Cathy Hoover and husband Henry of Allensville, KY; brothers, Daniel McMunn and wife Kathleen of Pleasantville, PA, Patrick McMunn and wife Marlene of Spring Hill, FL, and Kenneth Bierce of Jefferson City; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended children and grandchildren.
The family request memorial contributions be made to the Thomas McMunn Funeral Fund. All donations can be sent c/o Robertson County Funeral Home.
