Suzanne Mitchell

Suzanne Mitchell, 58, of Springfield, died Sunday July 6, 2014 at Southern Hills Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday July 9th at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. Eric Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Robertson County Memorial Gardens with Craig Crawford, Reece Crawford, Brandt Crawford, Garrett Crawford, Chris Barron, and David Barron serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mitchell was born February 7, 1956 in Robertson County to the late William Eugene and Maudie Lillian Knight Crawford. She was a nurse practitioner for United Healthcare. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church and the Tennessee Nursing Association. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband: George "Eddie" Mitchell of Springfield, sons and daughters-in-law: Chris and Elisha Mitchell of Bellevue, WA, Justin and Candace Mitchell of Cedar Hill, daughters and sons-in-law: Michelle and Edward Perdue of White House, Jennifer and Christ Wisnieski of Charleston, SC, brothers: Jimmy Crawford of Cedar Hill, Billy Joe Crawford of Chapmansboro, Ricky Crawford of Cedar Hill, sister: Cathy Bowie of Springfield, grandchildren: Zoë, Bella, Alyssa, Kathryn, Tori, and Oscar
