Sue Rawls Obituary
Sue Rawls, 77, of Springfield, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at White Haven Assisted Living in Adams. She was born on October 31, 1937, in Robertson County to the late Homer Franklin and Aline Abernathy Rawls. Also preceding her in death are her two brothers, Ray Dean Rawls and Harold Douglas Rawls, Sr. Ms. Rawls is survived by her nieces and Nephews, Teresa Schroeder of Poway, CA, Harold Douglas Rawls, Jr. of Bowling Green, KY, and Rhonda Stubblefield of Winchester.
Ms. Rawls was a member of the Rock Springs Baptist Church. She retired for Sears and Roebuck as a bookkeeper. She loved to travel, listening to Elvis and keeping the nieces and nephews in line.
Graveside Services will be conducted Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 10am in the Springfield Memorial Gardens with James Abernathy officiating with burial to follow. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions to the Rock Springs Baptist Church Building Fund. All donations can be sent c/o the Robertson County Funeral Home
