Sue Mantlo

Sue Lillian Mantlo, 91, of Cedar Hill, died Thursday November 24, 2016 at NHC Healthcare Center in Springfield. Funeral services will be conducted Monday November 28th at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Stanley West, Luke West, John West, Mike Arms, Jay Arms, and Carson Arms serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mantlo was born December 22, 1924 in Robertson County to the late Roland and Katie Brown. She was a retired waitress and was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church in Springfield. She loved sewing, crafts, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children: Lewis Mantlo, Jr., and Linda Kay Mantlo.

Mrs. Mantlo is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Beverly and Donnie Arms of Springfield, Patricia Reynolds of North Carolina, Elizabeth Mantlo of Adams, Rita and Terry Kirby of Crossville, Toni and Mike Caudill of Gadsden, eleven grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
