Skattin Bugg

Rayburn "Skattin" Bugg, Jr., 45, of Cedar Hill, died Saturday October 15, 2016 at his home. Memorial services will be conducted Friday October 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Pastor Duncan Leavell officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Beal, Luis Pissarra, Troy Woody, Tony Heatherly, Josh England, Richard Fort, and John Collins. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Skattin was born February 16, 1971 in Robertson County. He was an Assistant District Supervisor for the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation. He was also the owner of Above All Bail Bonding. Skattin was of the Baptist faith and he loved the U.T. Vols. He was preceded in death by his father: Rayburn Bugg, Sr., and by his step father-in-law: D.R. Clymer.

Skattin is survived by his wife: Wendy Carr Bugg of Cedar Hill, daughter: Alyssa Bugg of Cedar Hill, mother: Susie Marlow of Cedar Hill, brother: Stephen Bugg of Temple, TX, sister: Lisa Gill of Springfield, mother-in-law: Gail Clymner, father-in-law: Danny Carr.
