Sandra Hallmark age 60, of Springfield, passed away on April 10, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father Claude R. Seidel. Survived by her mother Shirley J. Seidel, husband Billie C. Hallmark, brother Michael (Susan) Seidel, daughters Jessica (Jason) Kinnard, Jennifer (John) Jackson and granddaughters Katie, Angel, Mary and Maggie. She was cremated and there will be a private memorial service.
