Roger Lee Justice

Roger Lee Justice, 68, of Springfield, died Thursday March 5, 2015 at North Crest Medical Center. There will be a visitation with the family on Monday March 9th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Robertson County Funeral Home and then Mr. Justice will be cremated.

Mr. Justice was born October 8, 1946 in Clintwood, VA to the late Francis and Nona Elkins Justice. He was a foreman for Wiley Steel here in Springfield and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Justice loved fishing and Nascar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters: Mary Shepherd and Eloise Atkins.

Mr. Justice is survived by his wife of 42 years: Constance "Connie" Justice of Springfield, sons: Scott James Justice and financee: Olivia Melanie McGregor of White House, Eric Ridley Justice and wife Amy Jo of Travis AFB, CA, brothers: Elmer Justice and Luther Justice both of Wise, VA, Gene Justice of Richmond, VA, sister: Judy Haynes of Wise, VA, grandson: Nicholas James Justice of Travis AFB, CA.
