Pauline Combs Robinette

Pauline Combs Robinette, 87, of Greenbrier, died Wednesday November 12, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday November 15th at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery with Adam Reese, Billy Joe Reese, Timmy Johnson, Rudy Reddick, Harry Sharp, Don Moore and Donnie Moore serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Philip Walker, Don Coleman, Mike Edmonds, Richard Brown, Vicki Brunett, and Henrietta Felts.

Mrs. Robinette was born March 3, 1927 in Knott County, KY to the late William and Ella Combs. She was the co-founder and co-owner of Robinette Sales and Service in Springfield. Mrs. Robinette was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Hylton P. Robinette, her brothers: Herman, Elmer "Buck", and Roy Combs, foster parents: Loy and Helen Maggard, foster sister and brother: Gertrude and Parker Maggard, and her best friend: Lula Jane Pratt Brunett.

Mrs. Robinette is survived by her daughter: Patricia J. Robinette of Greenbrier, step-daughter: Jacqueline Robinette Sharp and husband Harry of San Luis Obispo, CA, special son and daughter: Joe and Joyce Reese of Greenbrier, four step-grandchildren and seven step-great grandchildren.
