Patricia Shrum Obituary
Patricia Ann Shrum, age 47 of Springfield, died Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Centennial Medical Center. Her remains were cremated and no services are planned at this time. Ms. Shrum was born March 9, 1968 in Davidson County to the late William Lee Shrum and the late Dorothy Ann Gregg. She was a homemaker.
Ms. Shrum is survived by her sons, Bryan Shrum and wife, Jondria and Christopher Shrum, both of Springfield; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Hoffman of Ocean City, MD and Mary Campbell and husband, James of Springfield; grandchildren, Ja'Maria and Rhianna Shrum; niece, Katie Campbell; and nephews, Dylon Campbell and Michael Shrum.
Ms. Shrum is survived by her sons, Bryan Shrum and wife, Jondria and Christopher Shrum, both of Springfield; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Hoffman of Ocean City, MD and Mary Campbell and husband, James of Springfield; grandchildren, Ja'Maria and Rhianna Shrum; niece, Katie Campbell; and nephews, Dylon Campbell and Michael Shrum.
